Bev Harbold, 1st Vice Governor of Altrusa International District Seven, visited our club on October 12th. It was a cold rainy day! Six members of our club attended the Habitat for Humanity Dedication of a new home. The new bookshelf and books are a nice addition to the new home; this large family will make good use of the books. On this day, the books were in the cozy living room staying dry!

We had a very nice visit with Bev. We shared with her some of our projects. We visited the Altrusa Reading Room at the Solutions Center, visited Fond du Lac Adult Literacy Services and had a tour of the FDL Public Library. On Monday, we had a lovely luncheon at the Ramada where Bev shared information about Altrusa International District Seven. Thank you Bev, for visiting with us---we had a great time!
